Why Outsourced Sales Management?


When growing a business, there are always 2 key metrics that must be balanced for talent:  the depth of expertise and experience of the talent vs. the all-in cost to acquire and keep the talent. We start with an initial 10 - 15 minute discussion about your business and the process we use to find and deliver improvements. 

If we have alignment, then we schedule time to do some diagnosis using a “Sales Best Practices Audit”, which compares your business against roughly 30 best practices.  There is an information gathering stage, then a few days to distill and interpret the findings, followed by a feedback meeting.  You will get a detailed report that will give you many new insights, along with a ‘Top 10’ list of opportunities to see rapid improvements.
